WHAT IS MINDFULNESS? Mindfulness is a skill that enables us to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment with increased awareness of our thoughts, feelings and body sensations with open curiosity. PROGRAM PROVIDES - Stress management, improves focus and concentration. - Awareness of thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. - Manage negative thinking patterns more effectively. - Sense of wellbeing and resilience. - Adaptability to change and uncertainty - Healthy response vs impulsive reactivity. - Ability to stay calm & clear thoughts in a frantic world. - Self-soothing & awareness of positive aspect of life. - Enhances communication & relationships with mindful listening. PROGRAM INCLUDED - 5 weekend sessions (20 hours) - Group chat support between classes - A highly experienced mindfulness teacher to guide along the way and provide personalized advice. TEACHER CERTIFICATION This course serves as the prerequisite to become an accredited UK Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher. A Clinically proven and life transformative mental skills training
